- 2 tbsp vegan butter or olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional, adds depth)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

- Sauté mushrooms
Heat butter/oil → add mushrooms
Cook on medium-high until browned (no stirring at first for color) - Add garlic
Stir in garlic → cook 1–2 min - Flavor boost
