- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup flaxseeds (ground)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1½ cups whole wheat or oat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups water

Combine oats, seeds, flour, and salt - Add wet ingredients
Stir in water, oil, and maple syrup - Rest batter
Let sit 20–30 minutes (thickens naturally) - Bake
Pour into lined loaf pan
