🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds (ground)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1½ cups whole wheat or oat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups water

    Combine oats, seeds, flour, and salt
  2. Add wet ingredients
    Stir in water, oil, and maple syrup
  3. Rest batter
    Let sit 20–30 minutes (thickens naturally)
  4. Bake
