Vegan Chocolate Layer Cake

🧾 Ingredients
Cake
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven
350°F (175°C). Grease cake pan - Mix dry ingredients
Flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt - Add wet ingredients
Mix in plant milk, oil, vinegar, vanilla - Bake
Pour into pan → bake 30–35 minutes - Cool completely
(Important before frosting!) - Make frosting
Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth - Assemble
Frost cake and slice
