Vegan Broccoli Cauliflower Cream Soup

🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, cheesy flavor)
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg or chili flakes

- Sauté base
Heat oil → cook onion + garlic until soft - Add veggies
