🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes (sliced thick)
  • 1–2 ripe avocados (sliced)
  • 1 block vegan mozzarella (or firm tofu, sliced)
  • Fresh basil (chopped or leaves)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

🍯 Balsamic Glaze

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup
