These tofu lettuce cups are zesty, garlicky, and slightly spicy—light, fresh, and bursting with flavor 🌱🔥


🧾 Ingredients

🧄 Tofu

  • 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

🍋 Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

🥬 Assembly

  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or butter)
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sesame seeds

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Pan-fry tofu in oil until golden & crispy
  2. Mix all sauce ingredients
  3. Pour sauce over tofu → cook 2–3 mins
  4. Spoon tofu into lettuce leaves
  5. Top with cilantro & sesame
