🧾 Ingredients
🧄 Tofu
- 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
🍋 Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp chili flakes
🥬 Assembly
- Lettuce leaves (romaine or butter)
- Fresh cilantro
- Sesame seeds

- Pan-fry tofu in oil until golden & crispy
- Mix all sauce ingredients
- Pour sauce over tofu → cook 2–3 mins
- Spoon tofu into lettuce leaves
- Top with cilantro & sesame
