Low-Carb 3 Musketeers Candy Bars (Diabetic-Friendly)

Soft, whipped chocolate nougat inside and a silky sugar-free chocolate shell outside.


🛒 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 bars)

For the Nougat Filling

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s, ChocZero, or stevia-sweetened)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar-free Cool Whip or homemade keto whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for richer flavor)

For the Chocolate Coating

  • 1 ½ cups sugar-free milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for smoother dipping)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the fluffy chocolate filling

  1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (20–30 sec bursts) until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy.
  3. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the sugar-free Cool Whip gently until the mixture becomes light and mousse-like.
  5. Spread mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Freeze for 45–60 minutes, until firm enough to slice.

2️⃣ Shape into bars

  • Remove from the freezer and cut into bar shapes (10–12 pieces).
  • Place bars back in the freezer while preparing chocolate coating.

3️⃣ Coat in chocolate

  1. Melt coating chocolate + coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Dip each frozen bar into the chocolate, coating fully.
  3. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Drizzle extra chocolate on top (optional, like in your picture).
  5. Refrigerate until set—about 15 minutes.
