🛒 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 bars)
For the Nougat Filling
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s, ChocZero, or stevia-sweetened)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar-free Cool Whip or homemade keto whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for richer flavor)
For the Chocolate Coating
- 1 ½ cups sugar-free milk or dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for smoother dipping)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the fluffy chocolate filling
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (20–30 sec bursts) until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free Cool Whip gently until the mixture becomes light and mousse-like.
- Spread mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 45–60 minutes, until firm enough to slice.
2️⃣ Shape into bars
- Remove from the freezer and cut into bar shapes (10–12 pieces).
- Place bars back in the freezer while preparing chocolate coating.
3️⃣ Coat in chocolate
- Melt coating chocolate + coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each frozen bar into the chocolate, coating fully.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Drizzle extra chocolate on top (optional, like in your picture).
- Refrigerate until set—about 15 minutes.
