Ingredients (Makes 16–20 squares)

  • 1 cup (260g) natural sugar-free peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ½ cup (115g) coconut oil or butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup (35g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • ⅓ cup (65g) allulose or powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped peanuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
