- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 packet low-carb taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
- 1 cup salsa (sugar-free)
- 8–10 low-carb tortillas (or omit for even lower carbs)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
