- 4 cups (450g) cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- ½ cup (100g) mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- ¼ cup (30g) red onion or green onions, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
