Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

  • 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (225g) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (50g) chocolate whey protein powder
  • ⅓ cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓–½ cup (65–100g) allulose or powdered monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream (or more for thinner consistency)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or food processor, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
