Ingredients (Makes 6–8 bars)

  • 1 cup (225g) full-fat Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup (35g) chocolate whey protein powder
  • ⅓ cup (65g) allulose or powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Coating:

  • ½ cup (90g) sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, cocoa, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment. Freeze 2–3 hours until firm.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Cut frozen fudge into bars and dip or drizzle with chocolate.
