Ingredients (Makes 6–8 bars)
- 1 cup (225g) full-fat Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- ⅓ cup (35g) chocolate whey protein powder
- ⅓ cup (65g) allulose or powdered monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Coating:
- ½ cup (90g) sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, cocoa, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment. Freeze 2–3 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Cut frozen fudge into bars and dip or drizzle with chocolate.
- Return to freezer for 10–15 minutes to set the coating.
