Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) ground beef or stew meat
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced (optional, for flavor)
  • 4 cups (950ml) beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (low sugar)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
