- 1.5 lbs (680g) ground beef or stew meat
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced (optional, for flavor)
- 4 cups (950ml) beef broth
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (low sugar)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
