  • 1 cup (100g) almond flour
  • ½ cup (50g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (225g) full-fat Greek yogurt (or blended cottage cheese)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup (75g) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp allulose or monk fruit sweetener + ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
