🧾 Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas 🍌
- ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder 🍫
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Mash bananas until smooth
- Mix in peanut butter, cocoa, vanilla & maple syrup
- Stir in baking soda + salt
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour into lined baking pan
- Bake 15–20 minutes
