Crispy Garlic Roasted Broccoli with Creamy Dip (Vegan)

🧾 Ingredients

🥦 Broccoli

  • 1 large head broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • Salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions
