WW Crockpot Christmas Crack (Lightened-Up Version)

(3–4 WW Points Each — depending on your plan & serving size)

This version keeps all the chocolate-peanut cluster deliciousness but trims the sugar and fat by using reduced-sugar chocolate options and a balanced portion size.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 oz) milk chocolate chips
    (use sugar-free or no-sugar-added to reduce points)
  • 1 bag (16 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    (again, sugar-free optional)
  • 1 ½ cups salted peanuts
    (can sub half with unsalted to reduce points)
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles (adds 0–1 point depending on amount)

🍫 Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot lightly with nonstick spray.
  2. Add the chocolate chips (milk + semi-sweet) to the slow cooker.
  3. Top with peanuts — do not stir.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 1½ hours, until the chocolate melts.
  5. Stir everything together until smooth and fully coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Add holiday sprinkles if desired.
  8. Let cool at room temp or refrigerate until set (30–45 minutes).
