🧾 Ingredients
- 200g rice noodles
- 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter 🥜

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup veggies (bell peppers, spinach, carrots) 🥕

- Cook rice noodles per package & set aside
- Pan-fry tofu until golden & slightly crispy

- Sauté garlic + veggies in oil
- Add noodles + tofu to pan
- Pour sauce & toss everything together
- Cook 2–3 mins until coated & glossy
