🧾 Ingredients

  • 200g rice noodles
  • 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 🥜
  • 1 tbsp lime juice 🍋
  • 1 tsp chili paste (optional 🌶️)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles per package & set aside
  2. Pan-fry tofu until golden & slightly crispy

  4. Sauté garlic + veggies in oil
  5. Add noodles + tofu to pan
  6. Pour sauce & toss everything together
  7. Cook 2–3 mins until coated & glossy
