🥣 Ingredients

For the Mousse:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ⅓ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee (or espresso powder)
  • 2 tbsp warm water

For Layers:

  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate (melted or grated)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

  • Mix instant coffee with warm water and set aside
