💛 Why You’ll Love This Bread
✅ No kneading required — super easy!
✅ Just 4 basic ingredients
✅ Soft, fluffy texture with a crisp top
✅ Perfect for beginners or busy bakers
🧂 Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups (320g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup (240ml) warm water (about 100°F / 38°C)
👩🍳 Instructions
Step 1 – Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Gradually pour in the warm water while mixing with a spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms.
No need to knead — just make sure everything is well combined!
Step 2 – Let It Rise
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel.
Let it sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours, or until it doubles in size and looks bubbly on top.
Step 3 – Shape the Dough
Once risen, lightly flour your hands and shape the dough into a loaf.
Place it into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
Cover again and let it rest for another 30–40 minutes until it puffs up nicely (as shown in the first photo).
Step 4 – Bake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bake the loaf for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm on top.
If using an air fryer, cook at 320°F (160°C) for 25–28 minutes, checking halfway through.
Step 5 – Cool & Enjoy
Once baked, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
Slice it up and enjoy fresh, warm bread that’s soft inside with a perfect golden crust. 😍
🌟 Tips for Perfect Bread
- Use instant yeast for faster rising.
- Avoid hot water — it can kill the yeast.
- Add seeds, herbs, or a bit of olive oil for flavor variety.
- Store leftover bread in an airtight bag for up to 3 days (or freeze slices for later).
