(3 Ingredients, 1 WW Point Each!)

If you’re anything like me, you need a sweet treat that feels indulgent but still fits into your Weight Watchers lifestyle. These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls are exactly that. They’re rich, creamy, chocolatey, and shockingly easy — no oven, no mixer, and just 3 simple ingredients.

I keep a container of these in the fridge at all times because they’re perfect for:

  • after-dinner cravings
  • afternoon snacks
  • portion-controlled treats
  • meal prep for the week

And the best part? Just 1 WW point per ball. 🙌

📝 Ingredients

(Makes about 20 balls)

  • ½ cup PB2 or powdered peanut butter
  • ¼ cup water (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted

That’s it. No flour. No sugar. No baking.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter
In a bowl, combine PB2 and water. Stir until smooth and thick like regular peanut butter.
  2. Form the balls
Scoop out small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  3. Melt the chocolate
Microwave the sugar-free chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip & coat
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating fully. Let excess drip off.
  5. Chill
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  6. Store & enjoy
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
