Meaty Cabbage Soup (Crockpot)

This slow cooker cabbage soup is a total lifesaver on a keto journey—filling, budget-friendly, and incredibly easy. Just dump, cook, and enjoy!


🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (no sugar added)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots (optional – slightly higher carb)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Brown the Meat

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet
  • Drain excess fat

2️⃣ Add to Crockpot

  • Transfer beef to slow cooker
  • Add cabbage, veggies, tomatoes, broth, and seasonings

3️⃣ Slow Cook

  • Low: 6–8 hours
  • High: 3–4 hours

4️⃣ Stir & Serve
