🥣 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (no sugar added)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrots (optional – slightly higher carb)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Meat
- Cook ground beef in a skillet
- Drain excess fat
2️⃣ Add to Crockpot
- Transfer beef to slow cooker
- Add cabbage, veggies, tomatoes, broth, and seasonings
3️⃣ Slow Cook
- Low: 6–8 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
