Lemon Garlic Roasted Tofu

🧾 Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu (pressed & cubed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh parsley (optional) 🌿
👩🍳 Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess moisture
- Cut into cubes
- Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, soy sauce & spices
- Toss tofu in marinade
- Spread on baking tray (single layer)
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 mins
- Flip halfway for even crispiness
