Lemon Garlic Roasted Tofu

This Lemon Garlic Roasted Tofu is crispy on the outside, tender inside, and bursting with zesty, garlicky flavor 🍋🧄 Perfect for bowls, salads, or snacking straight from the tray!


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (pressed & cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh parsley (optional) 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture
  2. Cut into cubes
  3. Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, soy sauce & spices
  4. Toss tofu in marinade
  5. Spread on baking tray (single layer)
  6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 mins
  7. Flip halfway for even crispiness
