Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained well
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (sugar-free or avocado oil based)
  • ¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
