Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 4 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained well
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise (sugar-free or avocado oil based)
- ¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (plus more for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
- Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, dill, green onions, celery (if using), lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
