Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 10 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream or full-fat milk
  • ⅓ cup (35g) unflavored whey protein powder (optional for extra protein)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or kale)
  • 1 cup diced ham or cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large pie dish or baking dish with oil/butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, protein powder (if using), garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in chopped spinach, diced ham, green onions, and most of the shredded cheese.
