Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
- 10 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream or full-fat milk
- ⅓ cup (35g) unflavored whey protein powder (optional for extra protein)
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or kale)
- 1 cup diced ham or cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large pie dish or baking dish with oil/butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, protein powder (if using), garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in chopped spinach, diced ham, green onions, and most of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
