Ingredients (Serves 8)
- 2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups (200g) almond flour
- ⅓ cup (35g) unflavored whey protein powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella for topping
- Low-carb pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- Mix mozzarella, almond flour, protein powder, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until a dough forms.
- Cut dough into small pieces. Layer in the bundt pan with pepperoni and extra cheese.
