For the Cookies
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar substitute
(allulose or monk fruit with erythritol blend) - 1 egg
- 1 tsp banana extract
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into a powder

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

1️⃣ Make the strawberry swirl
In a small bowl:
- Mix crushed freeze-dried strawberries with 1–2 tsp warm water until thick and spreadable.
Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the cookie dough
Beat together:

Mix until fluffy. Add egg, banana extract, and vanilla.
