Broth

  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce (low-sugar, clean ingredients)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh Add-Ins

  • 1 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Extra lime wedges for serving
  • Optional: sliced green onions, spinach, or bok choy (low carb & nutrient dense)

🍲 Instructions

1. Sauté the Aromatics

Heat the oil in a pot over medium.
Add onion, garlic, ginger, and chili.
Cook 3–5 minutes until softened and fragrant.

2. Build the Broth

Pour in:

  • Coconut milk
  • Broth
  • Lime juice + zest
  • Fish sauce

Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.

3. Add the Fish

Place the fish pieces into the simmering broth.
