🥘 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 bars)
- 1 ½ cups sugar-free chocolate chips
- ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 cup rolled oats or low-carb cereal
- ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt (optional topping)

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
Stir in:
- Peanut butter
- Vanilla extract
- Rolled oats or cereal
- Chopped nuts
Mix until everything is evenly coated with chocolate.
Step 3: Press into Pan
Line a small square pan (8×8) with parchment paper.
Spread the mixture evenly and press it down firmly.
Step 4: Chill
Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until fully set.
Step 5: Slice & Serve
