🥣 Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Steak
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high
- Season steak with salt, pepper & paprika
- Sear 3–4 minutes until browned
- Remove and set aside
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
- In same pan, add butter
- Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes until pink
- Remove and set aside
3️⃣ Sauté Veggies
- Add peppers, onions & garlic
- Cook until soft and slightly caramelized
4️⃣ Combine
- Return steak & shrimp to skillet
- Sprinkle chili powder + extra seasoning
- Mix everything together
5️⃣ Add Cheese 🧀
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Cover and let melt (2–3 minutes)
