- 2 fresh eggs
- ½ tsp oil or nonstick spray
- 2 tbsp water (per ramekin)
👩🍳 Instructions
Step 1 – Prep the Ramekin
Lightly grease a small ramekin or silicone cup with oil spray. Add 2 tbsp of water to the bottom.
Step 2 – Add the Egg
Crack an egg gently into the ramekin, keeping the yolk intact.
Step 3 – Air Fry
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
Carefully place the ramekin(s) in the basket.
Air fry for 5–6 minutes for soft poached eggs, or 7–8 minutes for firmer yolks.
Step 4 – Serve
Use a spoon to lift out the egg and serve immediately on toast, avocado, or over sautéed veggies.
Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of chili flakes or herbs.
