15-Minute Sheet-Pan Garlic Butter Shrimp

15-Minute Sheet-Pan Garlic Butter Shrimp (WW Friendly!)

This is one of those magical “dump, bake, and DONE” dinners that tastes restaurant-quality but takes almost zero effort. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or serving a crowd!


Ingredients

  • 1–2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 3 tbsp light butter (or 2 tbsp regular)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced or juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Spread shrimp evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix: melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over shrimp and toss lightly to coat.
  5. Add lemon slices or drizzle lemon juice over the top.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!

Serving Ideas

  • Over cauliflower rice (zero points!)
  • With steamed veggies
  • In tacos or bowls
  • Over whole-wheat pasta
