15-Minute Sheet-Pan Garlic Butter Shrimp (WW Friendly!)
This is one of those magical “dump, bake, and DONE” dinners that tastes restaurant-quality but takes almost zero effort. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or serving a crowd!
⭐ Ingredients
- 1–2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 3 tbsp light butter (or 2 tbsp regular)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced or juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
⭐ Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Spread shrimp evenly on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix: melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper.
- Pour mixture over shrimp and toss lightly to coat.
- Add lemon slices or drizzle lemon juice over the top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
