Zero-Point Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

This creamy, tangy chicken salad is one of the most popular zero-point meals on Weight Watchers. It’s fast, fresh, and perfect for stuffing into a pita, wrapping in lettuce, or enjoying straight from the bowl!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tbsp dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, and green onion.
  2. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Chill for at least 20 minutes for the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve in a pita, on toast, over a salad, or wrapped in lettuce.
