⭐ Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)
- 1 green onion, sliced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste

- In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, and green onion.
- Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Chill for at least 20 minutes for the flavors to blend.
- Serve in a pita, on toast, over a salad, or wrapped in lettuce.
