- 12 oz imitation crab meat, chopped

- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1–2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

- Chopped green onions
- Old Bay seasoning
- Dijon mustard (½ tsp for extra zip)
- Diced cucumber
👩🍳 How to Make WW Seafood Salad
1️⃣ Prep the seafood
Chop imitation crab into bite-sized chunks. If using shrimp, make sure it’s cooked, peeled, and chopped.
2️⃣ Mix the veggies
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, celery, and red bell pepper.
3️⃣ Make the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, light mayo, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4️⃣ Combine & chill
Add seafood to the veggies, pour dressing over top, and gently fold until evenly coated. Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
