- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

🍳 Instructions
- Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. - Sear the chicken
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Cook the green beans
In the same skillet, add remaining butter and green beans. Sauté 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. - Make the sauce
Add garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. - Combine & finish
Return chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken and green beans. Simmer 2–3 minutes. - Serve
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot and enjoy!
