🌿 Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 large potato, grated
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (or any fresh herbs you like)
  • 3 tbsp oat flour (or any flour of choice)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (or chia seeds, mixed with 3 tbsp water)
  • ½ tsp turmeric (for color & health boost)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor

1️⃣ Prep the veggies:
