  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lentil Batter:
    Drain soaked lentils, add to a blender with water, baking powder, and seasoning. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cook the Crust:
    Pour batter onto a lined baking tray or skillet. Spread evenly into a round shape (like a pancake). Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, or cook on the stove until firm and golden.
