- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper, to taste

- Prepare the Lentil Batter:
Drain soaked lentils, add to a blender with water, baking powder, and seasoning. Blend until smooth. - Cook the Crust:
