- 1½ cups all-purpose flour (or 1:1 gluten-free flour)
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Garlic White Sauce
- ¼ cup vegan cream cheese or cashew cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Toppings
- 1½ cups fresh spinach (lightly wilted)
- 1–1½ cups shredded vegan mozzarella
- Optional: red chili flakes, vegan parmesan, oregano
👩🍳 How to Make Vegan Garlic & Spinach Pizza
1️⃣ Make the Crust
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix vegan cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms. Knead lightly (about 1 minute).
Roll or press into a round pizza shape on parchment paper.
Pre-bake for 8–10 minutes until just set.
