🌿 Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup melted coconut oil (or vegan butter)
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup coconut cream

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix dry brownie ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Mix peanut butter layer ingredients and spread evenly over cooled brownies.
- For the ganache, heat coconut cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Spread on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Chill for 1–2 hours, then slice and enjoy that gooey, fudgy perfection! 🤤
