Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter 🥜
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup melted dark vegan chocolate 🍫

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla & salt
  2. Add oat flour and combine into a soft dough
  3. Roll into small balls
  4. Freeze for 15–20 mins
  5. Dip each ball in melted chocolate
  6. Place on tray & chill until set
