Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

🧾 Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter 🥜
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup melted dark vegan chocolate 🍫

- Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla & salt
- Add oat flour and combine into a soft dough
- Roll into small balls
- Freeze for 15–20 mins
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate
- Place on tray & chill until set
