🌿 Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or agave
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅓ cup oat flour (or rolled oats blended into flour)
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips 🍫

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt — pulse until fully combined.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips (save some for topping).
  5. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden on the edges and soft in the center.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before enjoying warm, gooey perfection! 🍪💛

💚 Tips:

  • For extra chewiness, refrigerate the dough for 30 mins before baking.
  • Use dark chocolate chunks for a richer flavor.
