- ½ cup plant milk (unsweetened)
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for extra crispiness)
For the vegan cheese sauce:
- 1 cup cashews, soaked for 1 hour (or use silken tofu for a nut-free version)
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp turmeric (for color)
- Salt to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the cauliflower:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the batter:
Whisk together flour, plant milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Coat & bake:
