  • ½ cup corn (optional)

  • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)

1️⃣ Preheat & sauté:

2️⃣ Fill & roll:
Spoon the filling into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.

4️⃣ Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
