  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened plant milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish.

2️⃣ Steam the veggies:
Lightly steam or blanch the broccoli and cauliflower until just tender but still bright. Drain well.

3️⃣ Make the cheese sauce:
In a blender, combine soaked cashews, plant milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, mustard, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until silky smooth.
