Vegan Apple Fritters

🛒 Ingredients

Batter:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup apples (peeled, diced small)

For Frying:

  • Oil (for frying)

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp plant milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make Batter

Mix:

  • flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt

Add:

  • plant milk + vanilla

Fold in apples 🍎


2️⃣ Fry

  • Heat oil (medium heat)
  • Drop spoonfuls of batter
  • Fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden

3️⃣ Drain

Place on paper towels to remove excess oil


4️⃣ Glaze

Whisk glaze ingredients
Drizzle or dip fritters while warm
