🧂 Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste

1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 145°F / 63°C).
