These Air Fryer Pork Chops are tender on the inside, slightly caramelized on the outside, and full of sweet and tangy flavor. Perfect for a quick dinner that feels like comfort food!


🧂 Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Coat the pork chops with the marinade — let them sit for 10–15 minutes if you have time.
4️⃣ Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 145°F / 63°C).
5️⃣ Brush with extra glaze from the bowl after cooking for a glossy finish.
