🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- Optional: 1 tbsp psyllium husk (for extra bread texture)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
