🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Optional: 1 tbsp psyllium husk (for extra bread texture)

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.


2️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients

In a bowl whisk together:

  • Eggs

Mix until smooth.

  • Salt
  • Psyllium husk (optional)

Mix until a thick batter forms.
