🥘 Ingredients (Serves 9)
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ⅓ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- Optional: 1 tbsp lemon zest

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line or grease an 8×8 baking pan.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl combine:

- Salt
Mix well.
