📝 Ingredients (Serves 6)

For the Base

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined (medium or large)
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, cooked & chopped (or use steamed broccoli)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp

Season shrimp lightly with salt, pepper & a pinch of Italian seasoning.
Sauté in 1 tbsp butter for 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.
Remove and set aside (don’t overcook — they’ll bake later!).


2️⃣ Build the Creamy Cheese Sauce

In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter.
Add garlic + onion and cook until fragrant.
Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Pour in heavy cream + chicken broth, whisking until creamy.
Season with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.

Remove from heat and stir in ½ cup mozzarella + 2 tbsp Parmesan until melted.


3️⃣ Assemble the Casserole

In a baking dish:
✔ Spread chopped cauliflower on the bottom
✔ Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the top
✔ Add shrimp evenly across the dish
✔ Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, cheddar & Parmesan


4️⃣ Bake

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
