🥣 Ingredients
- 1 cup firm tofu, pressed
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch (for that chewy texture)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk

- Blend the base:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Cook the mixture:
